Meet Kim

Kim Blanton is an experienced fitness professional who focuses on fitness, sports performance, pain mitigation, and movement. Kim’s personal experiences and passions led to pursuing a career in fitness where she seeks to provide the highest quality coaching and to create the most positive impact on client’s lives.

How did you get into your field?

I began building my personal training business in 1996. I learned very early that training was my passion. I began my training at age 16.

What is your training background and how long have you practicing/teaching?

I have been training for 25 years. I have certifications through ISSA, IKFF 1 & 2.

Who influenced your career path (who have you enjoyed learning from, mentor, etc)?

My high school basketball coach introduced me to weight training. I have been doing it ever since.

What makes you love your field?

My clients and seeing how much training has changed their lives.



What kind of clients do you love working with?

All ages. I work with a very diverse group. All with different goals. My clients come to me to lose body fat, move better, get stronger, and to build muscle.

What sets you apart?

The way I incorporate movement drills with my strength and conditioning programs. Teaching all the Kettlebell skills.

What’s your mission?

To teach people they can always improve on movement and strength well into life, and how it makes everyday activities easier.



What brings you joy? What do you do with your spare time?

I love to train. Picking up heavy things and moving it over my head makes me happy.
